Welcome to Samkaf Accessories ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or utilizing our services in Nigeria, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our platform immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or effect any transaction on Samkaf. By using this site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is illegal.

We strive to deliver phone accessories across Nigeria efficiently. Orders placed before 2 PM WAT will typically be processed the same day.

• Ilorin Delivery: 1-2 business days via our local courier partners.
• Interstate Delivery: 3-5 business days depending on the location (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, etc.).
• Pickup Stations: Available at selected locations in Ilorin.

Please note that delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. Free shipping applies to orders above ₦50,000.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The item is not a clearance or "final sale" item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Card, or USSD) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Samkaf Accessories or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any of the content on this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Samkaf Accessories.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Samkaf Accessories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. Any content obtained from the Service; and
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act, 2023. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
